TERMS & CONDITIONS: Your purchase or use of products and services (“Programs”) offered by Shoot 4 the Sky Basketball Camp Tour are subject to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

Registration Fees: You agree to make full payment for Programs in the amount(s) listed in your shopping cart, as per the Order Confirmation email you will receive or as communicated by The Shoot 4 the Sky Basketball Camp Tour representatives at contact@s4ts.camp during registration. If you selected “ Register,” You agree to complete payment prior to the TheShoot 4 the Sky Basketball Camp Tour you have registered.

Private Camp Installment payments are due approximately 30 days and one day before camp ( installments are non refundable deposit) has been processed. If you selected to register today, and have made the full payment, you will receive a confirmation email and Camper Registration Ticket. We will not be provided refunds for any reason. If you plan on paying the remaining balance by check, please contact our camp directly at contact@s4ts.camp.

Failure to complete timely payment (or credit card payments being declined) will result in loss of camp registration.

This Agreement supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, if any, between the parties and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. The agreement cannot be changed or modified orally. Any change or modification must be in writing and agreed to by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be construed by limiting it to make it enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

If for any reason the Shoot 4 the Sky Basketball Camp Tour is cancelled, registrants will receive a full refund.
